The movement is linear via a spindle thrust tube. The actuator is located in an aluminum tube with an integrated multifunctional groove for individual fastening and concealed cable routing. The electronic load cut-off with microcontroller is integrated in the actuator and thus prevents an overload in the end positions. End position detection and feedback via potential controlled F-contact. Tested according to DIN EN 12101-2 for SHEV application with retriggering blockage. Each actuator maintains the same operating speed under any load. This allows up to four actuators to run synchronously. In case of overload of one of the interconnected actuators, the whole actuator group is switched off.Technical data:

The EA-L-500/500-S is a sturdy linear actuator that is ideal for opening large and unstable flaps. In this actuator, the motor is located in a special aluminum tube with integrated multifunction groove. This allows a flexible and versatile mounting of the actuator as well as an almost invisible laying of the connecting cable.Monitored current consumption and overload cut-off for safe operationWith the EA-L 500/500-S, the torque tube is retracted and extended via an internal spindle. The linear actuator operates with a force of 500 N in the thrust direction. The current consumption is monitored by the integrated electronic overload cut-off. In the event of overload, the overload cut-off switches off the actuator.Synchro actuator with speed controlThe EA-L 500/500-S is a synchro actuator that enforces synchronous operation of two, three or four electromechanical linear actuators thanks to integrated synchronization control. The actuators are speed-controlled.
