24 V DC / 1.2 A / 1000 N / 1000 mm stroke / Synchronous actuatorThe linear actuator EA-L is an electromechanical actuator for opening and closing windows and flaps. The movement is linear via a spindle thrust tube. The actuator is located in an aluminum tube with an integrated multifunctional groove for individual fastening and concealed cable routing. The electronic load cut-off with microcontroller is integrated in the actuator and thus prevents an overload in the end positions. End position detection and feedback via potential controlled F-contact. Tested according to DIN EN 12101-2 for SHEV application with retriggering blockage. Each actuator maintains the same operating speed under any load. This allows up to four actuators to run synchronously. In case of overload of one of the interconnected actuators, the whole actuator group is switched off.Technical data:

The EA-L-1000/1000-S is especially characterized by its stability. The motor is housed in a special aluminum tube with integrated multi-functional groove, which allows a flexible and versatile mounting technique and the almost invisible laying of the connecting cable.Integrated electronic overload cut-off for more securityWith this actuator, the torque tube is extended / retracted via the internal spindle. The actuator has a force of 1,000 N in the thrust direction. The integrated electronic shutdown monitors the power consumption of the actuator and switches it off in the event of an overload.Even opening of large and unstable flaps possibleThe EA-L 1000/1000-S is a synchro version. The integrated synchronization control is used to evenly open large or unstable flaps. It forces a synchronous operation of two, three or four electromechanical linear actuators. The actuators are speed-controlled.
